Northern and Central Luzon and the western section of Southern Luzon and the whole of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and East will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from Southwest and South over Western Luzon .
